Vanessa Rosenblum, COO
Prior to co-founding ProREA, Chief Operations Officer Vanessa Rosenblum ran a successful recruiting firm that specialized in placing administrative level staff with real estate professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. In addition to sourcing and placing candidates, she developed custom training programs for real estate teams and consulted with real estate agents to help them strategically grow their businesses. She was inspired to expand that business model and launch ProREA because she saw the need to provide a higher level of training, support, flexibility and leverage to agents and their team members.
Vanessa brings ten years’ experience working with small businesses and coaching entrepreneurs to ProREA; including four years’ experience in the real estate industry as the manager of a business coaching company. She has a track record of proven success in helping businesses achieve higher efficiency and stronger communication within their teams and with clients.
Vanessa holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles, CA.
Marty Mead, Sr. Advisor
Overseeing the creation and implementation of innovative real estate staffing solutions comes naturally to ProREA co-founder and CEO Marty Mead. Marty brings an expansive skill-set in human resources and personnel applications. After graduating in 1990 from Harvard Law School, Marty practiced for 17 years with one of the top employment law firms in the United States, where his clients ranged from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. While there, he represented, counseled and trained employers in all aspects of employment law, including wage/hour, wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, occupational safety and whistleblower law. Along the way he co-authored of The Employment Law Handbook: A Complete Reference For Business and contributed to three editions of the Legal Guide to Human Resources.
Amber Oliver, Director of Sales and Marketing
Before joining ProREA Staffing Amber worked for the Buffini Organization in the sales department for over 7 years. Amber’s thorough understanding of the real estate process and the unique challenges that top agents face as they grow their business make her a perfect fit for our organization. Amber works internally for the company as Director of Sales and Marketing and also provides coaching to agents who want help being held accountable to their prospecting and marketing plans.
Danielle Gill – Real Estate Assistant Trainer
In just the past two years, Danielle has participated in over 125+ closed transactions as a real estate assistant and her professional experience includes Commercial, Residential, Property Management, Investments and Acquisitions. Danielle is a strong communicator with advanced marketing and technology skills. Danielle provides training to real estate assistants onsite and virtually from Los Angeles, CA.
