- Office Set Up – organize and pack for the move, schedule movers, organize the new workspace, and remain for in-office administrative support.
- Orientation – provide welcoming packet with office staff introductions and job descriptions, contacts for core vendors, familiarize agent with office listing and closing procedures.
- eEdge – For new KW agents we will set up their eEdge site, upload database and implement email marketing programs.
- Sign and Transfer Documents – ensure that all paperwork required for the relocation is properly signed and distributed.
