As the company’s founder, she has a passion for helping real estate leaders build businesses where people thrive. Today, Vanessa focuses on consulting, coaching, and leadership development, guiding clients through the complexities of team growth, leadership strategy, and business operations.
A thoughtful innovator with a knack for seeing the big picture, Vanessa’s mission is to create people-first businesses where talent and leadership go hand in hand. When she’s not coaching leaders or growing her international real estate team, she’s enjoying life in the Catalan countryside with her family.
