1. Submit Your Resume

Apply to an open role or send us your resume. If you’re a potential match, we’ll invite you to the next step.

2. Application & Skills Assessment

Skip the phone tag. Complete a 30-minute application with job-fit questions and short, role-specific exercises to showcase your strengths.

3. Video Interview

Score 90%+ on the assessment? You’ll meet with Erin, our Account Manager, for a focused 20-minute video interview. No fluff—just a conversation that highlights your potential.

4. DISC Assessment

A quick, 10-minute behavioral assessment to understand how you communicate, make decisions, and thrive at work.

5. Employer Interview

We’ll present you to employers who value what you bring to the table. If they’re as excited about you as we are, we’ll coordinate your interviews.

6. Reference Check

Our “360° Reference Check” covers supervisors, colleagues—even clients if needed. And don’t worry, we’ll never contact anyone without your permission.

7. Offer Support

We’ll guide you through the offer process, answer questions, and help with negotiations if needed. Your success is our priority.

8. 90-Day Check-In

We don’t disappear after you’re hired. We’re here to support you and your new manager to ensure a strong, lasting fit.
