The hours for this role are 10:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (30 hours a week) What You'll Do 

  • Develop new systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of our marketing operations

  • Collaborate with, train, and oversee a dedicated marketing Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines

  • Oversee and manage the direct mail marketing systems, sending out 800+ custom-generated reports monthly

  • Ensure all outbound direct mail marketing materials meet Quality Control standards

  • Perform data analysis and work with spreadsheets to generate mailing lists and execute mail merge functions

  • Update marketing pieces using templates in Canva

  • Manage office inventory and supplies

  • Provide general and miscellaneous administrative support to the team

  • Confident, resourceful, and self-motivated; capable of working independently without constant supervision

  • Ability to execute tasks with speed and decisiveness, and adept at managing priorities

  • The ability to execute marketing systems and processes

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Proficient in creating and following multi-step operational processes for complex marketing campaigns (both print and digital)

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a good sense of "tone" in communication

  • High standards for work quality; attention to detail, results-driven, and committed to excellence

The Details

  • Compensation: $25 per hour 

  • Hours: part-time, 30 hours, M- F;  10:30 am - 5 pm

  • Location: Pasadena, CA. In office. Candidates MUST live within a 40-minute commute of the 91101 zip code and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
