Are you the kind of person who believes that preparation is the key to success—and who takes pride in doing things right the first time?
We’re looking for a Real Estate Assistant with at least two years of experience and an active MN real estate license to support top-producing RE/MAX Broker Peter Dokken in Rochester. This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes—bringing order to the chaos, taking ownership of their work, and delivering white-glove service with every client interaction.
If you're proactive, organized, and looking for a role where you can make an impact while growing professionally, this could be your next great move!

His business is built on relationships, and he’s committed to cultivating a work culture that improves lives—both for clients and for the people he works with.
We Know You
You’re calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and always two steps ahead.
