Rigorous Screening: We conduct in-depth assessments, including skills evaluations, DISC behavioral assessments, and comprehensive interviews to ensure candidates align with your job requirements and company culture.

The Shortlist: We present the top 3-5 candidates—no resume piles, no guesswork. Just highly qualified professionals who meet your specific criteria.

Client Interviews

We handle the logistics so you can focus on making the right decision. We’ll coordinate interviews, provide prep materials, and gather detailed feedback to refine the selection process at every stage.

 

Our process includes:

  • Validating the Candidate’s DISC Assessment – Gain insights into their communication and work style.

  • “Day in the Life” Interview – See candidates in action with a project or task designed to reflect real responsibilities.

  • Final Alignment Conversation – A strategic discussion with your top candidate to ensure expectations are clear and aligned before extending an offer.

 

We don’t just help you interview—we help you make the right hire with confidence.

 

Reference Checks & Final Steps: Our 360-degree reference checks cover supervisors, colleagues, and even clients when relevant. We support you through the offer stage to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Post-Hire Support: Our involvement doesn’t end with a signed offer. We offer 90-day check-ins to support both you and your new hire, ensuring a successful transition.
